Meet Mrs. Martin

![]() ![]() MY TEACHING EXPERIENCE I graduated with honors from Messiah College with a B.S. in Elementary Education in 1999. After graduation, I taught for three years in a day care setting. In August 2002, I started teaching at St. Stephen's Episcopal School. My first assignment was to teach middle school science and elementary science labs. I loved being able to do hands-on activities with my students in the lab. In 2003, I also began to teach computer to students in kindergarten through eighth grade. I moved into third grade in 2005 and have been there ever since. Third grade is an exciting age. I love the students' curiosity and eagerness to learn.
MY FAMILY
While I grew up in western Pennsylvania, I have been living in the Harrisburg area since 1998. I have been married for almost 10 years to Greg, an IT specialist. (He also helps to maintain the computers at St. Stephen's.) Our daughter Kelli was born on Feb 13, 2009. We also have a black lab named Madison who is a little over a year old.
